We stayed here for 2 nights, the hotel was fantastic and perfect, had stunning location in the evenings go to the restaurant. Stayed in large twin/double room with a balcony. Location: the property was short walk to the temples, and whatelse is available in Bagan. Ate at Queen, it's approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the venue.

A Staff that Goes Above and Beyond
One particular member, whom we affectionately called Superman, went out of his way to rescue us when our electric scooter broke down. The check-in process was seamless, and we were kinda surprised by the daily turn-down service with mosquito repellent and freshly baked cookies. The room was spacious and clean, and we enjoyed the diverse and delicious breakfast options. The pool provided a refreshing retreat after exploring Bagan's temples. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service stay.

The hotel was very well kept and the staff were exceptional. We enjoyed having access to free bike rentals and the mini bar was stocked with complimentary drinks. the breakfast had a variety of options, including local dishes and the pool area was great for relaxation. the hotel's location proved to be very convenient.
Although the Wi-Fi was generally functional, it was slow at times which made streaming difficult. there were a few minor maintenance issues within the room that could have been addressed.

Gorgeous hotel, amazing swimming pool, friendly staff, spacious rooms. Eco-friendly touches, free hats and thanakha, fast and efficient service, good food, near other restaurants, close to temple complex.
Nothing, it was perfect.

Stayed here during New Year's and loved the festive atmosphere. Nice touch with the welcome drink and fruit basket on arrival. appreciated the free bike rental and the buffet breakfast had a good variety. The pool was a nice addition and the location was convenient with lots of nearby restaurants.
The bed was also a bit uncomfortable and the bathroom lacked enough space to store toiletries. not a bad stay but could use some improvements in terms of customer service and room amenities.
